About the Role
Sytner Wolverhampton is looking for a highly motivated and hardworking Sales Administrator to join their team. In this role you will provide exceptional administrative support to our sales team by assisting with file auditing, trade transfers and other ad‑hoc duties. You will work closely with the Dealership Accountant, Sales Department and many members of the management team, delivering excellent customer service while handling incoming enquiries from our customers in a prompt manner.
Sales Administrators work a variety of flexible patterns that can include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible level of service.
About You
Previous experience in an administrative role is advantageous, along with proficient IT skills; however, no specific industry experience is required. We are looking for someone committed to providing excellent customer service and who thrives in a busy, high‑pressure environment. Ideally, you are extremely organised, confident, have great attention to detail, and are willing to go the extra mile. The passion to prioritise customer satisfaction at all times is crucial in this role.
Candidates must have obtained GCSE grade A*-C/9-4 or Functional Skills Level 2 (or equivalent) in the following subjects: English, Maths and one other subject as a threshold level of qualification.
