Based in the UK with national travel expected, this is a full-time, permanent role ideal for someone ready to take full ownership of a new business venture.
Key Responsibilities
You will spearhead the UK launch by developing and executing the go-to-market strategy, establishing key commercial relationships, and setting up supply chain and logistics infrastructure. Your role will include engaging directly with central buyers, distributors, and retailers, as well as managing pricing, tenders, and contracts. Over time, you'll build and lead a high-performing UK team, supporting cross-functional collaboration with supply chain, finance, marketing, and product development to deliver growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
Key Requirements
We’re looking for a candidate with at least five years’ experience in B2B sales, key account management, or business development. A background in fuels, chemicals, energy, or the DIY sector is essential. You should have proven success in launching new products or markets and a solid understanding of pricing strategy, logistics, and product lifecycle management. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and organisational skills are a must, as is a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
