At AVK we’re looking for a Learning and Development Coordinator to be the operational heartbeat of our Learning & Development team.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for taking the lead on making sure our training programmes run like clockwork, from onboarding our newest hires to managing our learning platforms. You’ll ensure everyone has the tools they need to succeed, helping us create a culture where people never stop learning.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end logistics of all training activities
* Act as primary contact for the Learning Management System, ensuring content is fresh, users are supported, and data is accurate.
* Coordinate and deliver engaging induction experience
* Lead and support the administration of the Early Careers pipeline
* Ensure accurate assignment of compliance training, monitor completion and produce reports
* Build relationships with internal managers and external training providers to source the best development solutions for our teams
* Support the monitoring of the L&D spend
Requirements
* Previous experience as an L&D Coordinator or in a fast paced HR admin role
* Experience working with or have exposure to LMS systems
* A passion for L&D
* Confident using Microsoft Office mainly Excel and PowerPoint
* Strong communication skills
