What youll need

Evidence that you can succeed in a sales or target-driven environment
Motivation to continually improve and maximise earning potential
Desirable experience
Experience in telesales or phone-based sales roles
Knowledge of insurance, private medical cover or financial services products
The role
Speaking with customers and conducting fact-finding conversations
Understanding customer needs, priorities and financial requirements
Recommending appropriate insurance solutions
Explaining product value and overcoming objections
Closing sales while maintaining an excellent customer experience
Consistently working towards and exceeding sales targets
