About this Role

We are seeking to appoint a creative, energetic and enthusiastic SeniorMidday Supervisor to join our hard working and dedicated staff atMaidenhall Primary School.

Direct, supervise and deploy middaysupervisory assistants over the lunchtime period.

You will be responsible for adding incidents into the system (CPOMs ) with accuracy for safeguarding reasons. Training on CPOMs will be provided.

You must be innovative, friendly and a strongteam player who loves spending time with children. Supervise pupils inthe playground or other areas of the school, at all times ensuring that pupilsbehave in accordance with the school's behaviour policy and conduct themselvessafely.

Maidenhall is a 3-4 form entry school serving amulticultural but predominantly South Asian community in the centre of Luton. The Senior and Middle Leadership Teams have a good blend of experience and awillingness to go the extra mile. The budget is healthy and the school is wellresourced. The local Area Partnership of schools is particularly strong andsupportive, as is the Governing Body.

The successful candidate will understand what we dowell but have the insight and confidence to bring fresh ideas to build on thesestrengths. They will expand on the excellent foundations which are already inplace and accelerate our journey to becoming an outstanding school. They willalso recognise the importance of balancing the wellbeing of the children andstaff with the desire to achieve the best outcomes for all.

Hours: 10hrs per week.
