Join Our Restaurant Team at Marco Pierre White Steakhouse Bridgwater
We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and service-focused Bar & Restaurant Servers to join our Marco Pierre White Steakhouse team, located within the Mercure Bridgwater Hotel. As part of a high-profile, branded restaurant, you’ll play a key role in delivering memorable dining experiences to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide warm and professional service to all guests, ensuring they enjoy a high standard of hospitality
* Take orders efficiently and accurately, offering menu advice and upselling where appropriate
* Serve food and beverages with attention to detail and presentation standards
* Prepare and serve drinks from the bar, maintaining cleanliness and stock levels
* Handle payments and process transactions accurately
* Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and management team to ensure smooth service
* Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-presented restaurant and bar environment
* Deal with any guest queries or concerns professionally and promptly
About You:
* Previous experience in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality environment is desirable, but full training will be provided
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Well-presented, polite, and confident in dealing with guests
* Ability to work as part of a team and stay calm under pressure
* Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
* A passion for food, drink, and delivering great guest experiences
