Introduction of a Night Shift Allowance of 0.60ph with effect 1st Jan payable for hours worked between 11pm and 6am.
An increase in the above Night Shift Allowance of 0.15ph from 1st May 2025 – taking it to 0.75ph.

About the Role:
As a Lounge Host, you will report to the Team Leader and be a key member of the team ensuring guest expectations are met and exceeded, leaving our lounges feeling Welcome, Relaxed & Energised.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
All hosts will be multi-skilled and operate throughout the lounge:
Reception:
* Providing a warm and friendly welcome, efficient check-in, and setting the scene for an energising experience.
* Answering questions and directing guests to appropriate lounge areas.
* Managing capacity during peak times to optimise guest throughput.
* Wishing guests farewell to encourage return visits.
Food and Beverage:
* Ensuring food and beverage offerings are available and well-presented.
* Maintaining cleanliness in self-service and bar areas.
* Preparing food following sessional menu guidelines, including vegetarian and vegan options.
* Engaging with guests while serving drinks and providing dietary information.
* Replenishing stock as needed.
General Host:
* Clearing and cleaning tables after guests leave.
* Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation.
* Responding to guest inquiries with high-quality customer service.
Back of House:
* Assisting with stock delivery and rotation.
* Following recycling procedures.
* Loading/unloading dishwashers.
* Restocking crockery and dishes.
* Upholding high hygiene standards.
Additional reasonable requests from local leadership may be part of your role. The scope may vary depending on location and customer needs.
Qualifications:
* Experience in hospitality or customer service with high customer interaction.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Good numerical skills and attention to detail.
* Computer literacy, including payment systems and Microsoft Office.
* Ability to work as part of a team or independently.
* Flexibility to follow processes and adapt as needed.
* Additional language skills are desirable.
* Availability to work shifts between 03:30 – 21:00, 7 days a week.
