Working pattern
12‑hour shifts, working alternate weekends on a rota basis.

Role responsibilities
* Provide individualized care without timetabled task‑based duties, administering medication, helping make a bed, arranging meals, and supporting personal activities.
* Spend meaningful time with a smaller caseload, allowing deeper connections and personalised support.
* Focus on the subtle details that make each resident unique, tailoring care to their preferences.
* Participate in continuous learning and development, including NVQ qualifications and further clinical training such as dementia and nutrition.
* Support a team environment grounded in kindness and compassion.
Qualifications / Requirements
We provide full training and induction, so we are more interested in your passion, empathy, and dedication than in specific care experience. Ideal candidates may have experience as a healthcare assistant, care assistant, carer, home care assistant, or domiciliary care assistant, or may be new to care but eager to help people live happy lives.
