Overview: Your day will start with a team huddle to share wins and tackle challenges, then dive into prospecting-making calls, leveraging social media, and identify opportunities with potential clients. This is a hands-on role where success means hitting activity targets, qualifying opportunities, and supporting the sales team with high-quality leads. Duties: * Making outbound calls (up to 50 per day) and engaging prospects via phone and social media * Building and maintaining a pipeline of opportunities based on specific selection criteria * Keeping accurate and detailed CRM database * Learning technical aspects of our products and how they solve our customers problems Skills: * Tenacious and confident on the phone * Organised and detail-oriented, especially with CRM updates * Goal-driven and motivated by results * Previous experience of outbound calling is a must * Strong Relationship building and discovery questioning is a plus * Hunger to grow and develop * Resilient * Some prior sales or lead generation experience is hugely advantageous Career progression and future earning potential is available for a candidate driven to succeed.
