Overview
Permanent position at Doncaster Redhouse Warehouse (DN6 7FB). 42 hours per week, 24/7 rotating rota (days, nights, and some weekends). Salary starting at £37,240 per annum plus competitive bonus.
Responsibilities
* Lead the Loss Prevention team to keep the site safe and secure at all times and reduce loss and damage to stock.
* Work closely with Senior Loss Prevention Managers and the wider Transport and Warehouse Management teams to achieve operational success and ensure compliance at the site.
* Drive team morale, teamwork and coaching performance; promote the “Great Place To Work” culture.
* Ensure targets (LP and business‑wide objectives) and KPIs are met.
* Share best practice and continuous improvement ideas with other LP Managers, colleagues and encourage innovative ideas from the team.
* Make decisions for the site regarding security; handle investigations, disciplinaries and other sensitive issues in line with business and HR standards.
* Act as the LP Duty Manager for other sites to cover colleagues; support remote Officers by providing advice and guidance.

* Loss Prevention experience at supervisory level, demonstrating strong people management and coaching skills.
* Ability to organise and prioritise workload for themselves and the team; natural problem‑solver who adapts quickly in a fast‑paced distribution environment.
