Role type: Part‑time – 23.25 hrs per week, Monday, Tuesday and Saturday 10:45–19:15.
Job Summary
As Sales Manager you will lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding customer service, accurate stock processes and meet commercial targets. Your focus will be on coaching and motivating staff, supporting store management and ensuring safe, efficient operations. Responsibilities
* Support the Store management team across all product areas and back‑of‑house activities, running the store when required.
* Manage a team to provide excellent service, accurate stock handling and meet commercial targets in a fast‑paced, commercial environment.
* Create a positive atmosphere where team members are motivated, supported and inspired to perform at their best.
* Adopt a hands‑on approach to commercial and operational tasks by working alongside staff.
* Ensure timely and accurate communication of business needs to the team.
