Artus Air is looking for an experienced, data-driven, and highly organized B2B marketer to join their marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Marketing Operations Manager will help shape the marketing function in Artus Air and will be responsible for implementing frameworks to ensure the department's smooth operation and campaign delivery.
This role involves managing various activities, from face-to-face events to digital campaigns, working across all marketing channels to execute the marketing strategy effectively.
To succeed, you should enjoy working with data, automation systems, and processes, and be confident in working cross-functionally to create content and engage campaigns. Project management skills, clear communication, and the ability to meet deadlines are essential.
The role requires working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment both independently and as part of a team. You will work from Artus Air’s Edinburgh office two days a week, with occasional travel to London and UK-wide events.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create end-to-end multi-channel campaigns, track success, analyze data, and report findings.
* Manage content creation, including case studies and blogs, and oversee marketing calendars for events and social media.
* Coordinate face-to-face and virtual events, handling logistics, stakeholder engagement, and automation administration.
* Manage lead nurturing and lifecycle processes, including workflow creation, data segmentation, engagement reporting, and lead handover to sales.

Qualifications:
* University Degree in a relevant or transferable subject.
