Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Romford for an Internal Sales Representative. The role involves managing incoming customer inquiries, producing quotations on the companies business system, maintaining customer satisfaction, handling account management duties, generating leads, and building lasting relationships with clients. Additional responsibilities include following up on sales opportunities, placing purchases orders with suppliers, and ensuring a high standard of customer service is delivered consistently.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Inside Sales with the ability to identify and pursue sales opportunities.
* Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, ensuring a positive client experience.
* Experience in Account Management, maintaining and developing ongoing relationships with clients.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
* Knowledge of the fasteners industry or a relevant sales background is an advantage.
