What you'll do: Oversee the end-to-end management of complex deals, ensuring all aspects are handled efficiently from initial engagement through to completion. Work closely with internal teams including legal, compliance, risk, and finance to ensure seamless execution of transactions. Act as a key point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships by providing clear communication and timely updates throughout each stage of the deal process. Coordinate due diligence activities by liaising with external advisors and stakeholders to gather necessary information and documentation. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management, summarising deal progress, risks, and recommendations for decision-making. Monitor market trends and regulatory changes that may impact current or future deals, proactively advising colleagues on potential implications. Support the negotiation process by preparing relevant materials, reviewing contractual terms, and ensuring alignment with organisational policies. Maintain accurate records of all deal-related activities in accordance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for process enhancement and sharing best practices across the team.
