Overview
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with proven Workday delivery experience to lead the implementation and integration of enterprise HR systems within a complex environment.
This role requires a hands-on delivery lead who has successfully delivered Workday-led HCM programmes, including integrations and data-focused initiatives. Candidates without direct Workday experience will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end delivery of Workday HCM implementations and enhancements
* Manage Workday integration projects (e.g. Workday Oracle, SAP, or other enterprise systems)
* Own project governance, planning, RAID management, and delivery milestones
* Coordinate cross-functional teams across HR, IT, vendors, and third parties
* Drive stakeholder engagement at senior business and technical levels
* Oversee data migration, process transformation, and system optimisation
* Ensure delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams
Project Scope
* Workday HCM implementations
* Time & Absence solutions within Workday
* New hire / employee lifecycle data initiatives
* Workday integrations with enterprise platforms (e.g. Oracle / SAP)
* HR transformation programmes leveraging Workday
Required Experience (Must Have)
* Proven experience delivering Workday projects as a Project Manager
* Strong track record leading Workday HCM implementations end-to-end
* Experience delivering Workday integration projects
* Deep understanding of HR processes and data within Workday environments
* Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder programmes
Nice to Have
* Experience integrating Workday with Oracle or SAP
* Workday certifications or formal training
* Experience in large enterprise or regulated environments
* Agile / PRINCE2 / PMP certification
