Key Duties
Dispense medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards. Provide expert advice on medication therapy management and patient care. Conduct thorough medication reviews to identify potential drug interactions or contraindications. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient-specific medication plans. Educate patients on proper medication usage, potential side effects, and health management strategies. Maintain accurate records of prescriptions, patient profiles, and medication inventories. Stay updated on new medications, treatments, and best practices in pharmacy care.

Key Skills and Qualifications
GPHC Registered Pharmacist in the UK
Strong knowledge of anatomy and pharmacology, particularly in relation to ICU settings. Proven experience in patient care and medication administration is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly to patients and colleagues. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in dispensing medications.
