Senior/Lead Front End Developer (React) Remote with occasional visits to Reading HQ 6 months £450/500 OUTSIDE IR35 DXP Talent is hiring for a Senior Front End Engineer (React) to join an exciting start up as they look to launch their first SAAS product later this year. The Front End Engineer will be joining a small team and will be the Lead/Senior Dev for everything React as they continue to build and develop their product to meet customer demand. You will be an experienced React Developer with strong Redux experience having ideally worked on SAAS products with complex Databases and have demonstrable experience in rolling out changes to Live Products whilst being able to challenge and bring ideas to the table. The role is remote with occasional visits to the HQ in Reading and is Outside IR35 Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-quality user interface solutions using React Define and implement robust state management using Redux for complex application workflows Build clean, maintainable, and well-structured styles with Sass, adhering to BEM conventions Establish and promote front-end best practices, coding standards, and architectural direction Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions Skills & Experience Extensive hands-on experience building production-ready applications with React Proven experience contributing to large-scale or enterprise-level applications Strong expertise in Redux or equivalent state management approaches for complex applications Demonstrated experience with Sass and structured CSS methodologies, including BEM Solid understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6), HTML5, and CSS3 Experience designing and developing SaaS web applications Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and drive continuous improvement If you feel you could be a great fit for the role, please send your CV for immediate consideration.
