This is a hands-on General Builder (Multi-skilled) role based at Lowestoft (NR32 2EF) or Ufford (IP13 6ET), depending on candidate’s preference. 37 hours per week. Permanent.
Responsibilities
* Carry out general building tasks across a range of buildings and sites, including council properties, town and parish buildings, and commercial facilities.
* Bricklaying, tiling, plastering, and concreting, from small repairs to major refurbishments.
* Be part of the emergency response team, providing out-of-hours cover on a rota basis.
What you will need
* Ability to work across multiple trades, diagnose and resolve issues independently, and deliver high-quality work.
* City and Guilds qualification in General Building (or equivalent experience) is essential.
* Full driving licence.

* £31,537 - £34,434 per annum
* 37 hours per week

What to expect
This is a hands-on role with no two days the same and offers opportunities to contribute across a variety of sites. You will work as part of a small, dedicated team and be involved in out-of-hours emergency work as required.
