What You Will Do
* Provide dedicated support to an executive or a small number of executives, ensuring their day-to-day office activities run seamlessly.
* Organise and prepare information for conferences, speeches, and reports as requested by the executive.
* Edit, proofread, format, and produce professional documents, including data entry and form filling.
* Schedule and coordinate meetings, manage diaries, and arrange travel plans with precision.
* Handle incoming and outgoing telephone messages, ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
* Safeguard confidential business and personnel information, maintaining discretion at all times.
What You Will Bring
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, showcasing organisational and administrative expertise.
* Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across various levels of the business.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Proficiency in document design, editing, and formatting, with a keen eye for presentation.
