KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will help your Store Manager to:
Lead, train and motivate the team to hit performance targets and maintain exceptional standards of customer service.
* Organizing, overseeing and performing stock-takes
* Daily Cashing up
* Holding of keys, opening & closing of store
* Meeting all KPIs/Targets set by the Company (Sales, Performance, Shrinkage)
* Overseeing the receiving, checking, pricing and merchandising of deliveries
* Reporting of queries and discrepancies in a timely manner.
* Refunds and Exchanges
* Liaising and following instructions from Directors and Head Office
