✅what You'll Do
* Lead and manage the safety strategy across the BACC contract at Heathrow Airport.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, including the implementation of the new Ground Handling Regulations.
* Support and implement our Safety Management System (SMS), driving standardization and consistency across the BACC location.
* Promote a proactive Just Safety Culture that fosters continuous improvement and enhances safety performance.
* Provide direct leadership to the safety team, encouraging high performance and professional development.
* Collaborate closely with our customers and internal and external stakeholders to ensure safety excellence.
✅what You'll Bring
* A strong health and safety background is essential.
* NEBOSH General Certificate is a must.
* Experience in the aviation industry is ideal, but we're willing to teach the right candidate!
* Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to interpret and leverage data effectively.
