Key Responsibilities:
· Ensure exams are conducted in accordance with school policies and exam board regulations.
· Set up exam rooms, including preparing seating arrangements and ensuring all necessary materials are in place.
· Supervise students during exams to maintain a calm and focused environment.
· Distribute and collect exam papers and materials in a secure and orderly manner.
· Address any incidents or concerns that may arise during the exam, ensuring that the integrity of the exam process is upheld.
· Assist with the movement of students, ensuring they follow exam procedures.
· Help with any additional tasks related to the exam process as required by the exams team.
About You:
· A calm, organized, and responsible individual.
· Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow strict procedures.
· Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with students and staff.
· Ability to remain professional and impartial during exam periods.
· Previous experience in an invigilator or similar role is preferred but not essential.
· A flexible and reliable approach to working during exam periods.
· A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
