Job Title: Salesforce Administrator
Salary: £35,000 – £38,000
Location: Hybrid, Maidenhead

Our client is a cause-driven Non-profit organisation, they're seeking a proactive Salesforce Administrator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a solid grounding in Salesforce administration and a passion for making a real impact!
Key Responsibilities:
* Be the first line of support for all Salesforce users across the organisation.
* Maintain data integrity and security in line with GDPR and the Data Protection Act.
* Manage and improve Salesforce integrations with websites and third-party platforms.
* Train and support staff on Salesforce best practices and processes.
* Create, analyse, and present reports and dashboards.
* Prepare the system for future AI and advanced analytics capabilities.
Essential:
* 2+ years’ experience with Salesforce.
* Skilled in configuration (flows, validation rules, profiles, permissions).
* Salesforce Administrator Certification.
* Strong reporting and data visualisation capabilities.
* Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical.
Desirable:
* Experience with tools like Form Assembly, payment platforms, Power BI or Tableau.
* Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
