1:1 EYFS Teaching Assistant - Stafford We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic 1:1 Teaching Assistant in EYFS to join a 1.5 entry primary school located in the South of Staffordshire, a short drive from the centre of Stafford. We are seeking to appoint an experienced and knowledgeable Level 2 Teaching Assistant, to support a child with special educational needs within EYFS. You will be working within a school that is part of a reputable trust locally. The role includes: Providing 1:1 Teaching Assistant support for a pupil with Special Educational Needs. Assisting class teacher in working with a child who may exhibit challenging and complex behaviours. The ability to successfully support, lead and inspire children. Work alongside teachers, SENCo, and external professionals. Having high expectations of all children and committed to raising standards of all children within the school.We are looking for someone who: Has experience working in EYFS (1:1 experience desirable) Holds a Level 2 Teaching Assistant certificate Experience of working as a 1:1 Teaching Assistant with children who have SEN. Enhanced DBS Available to start ASAP Can commute to Stafford Is able to follow guidance and adapt support to individual needs Fully registered to work for AcademicsPay: £90 - £100 a day (dependent upon experience).
