Responsibilities
Oversee kitchen operations to ensure high-quality food production and presentation.
* Manage and train kitchen staff to foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain hygiene standards.
* Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to menu specifications.
* Collaborate with management to develop new menu items that reflect seasonal ingredients.
* Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
* Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure it is in good working order.
* Provide exceptional service to guests by ensuring timely food delivery.
Qualifications
