Job Description:
We are seeking a manager-level Change Management Consultant to work on high-impact global transformation projects. This role involves collaborating with top-tier clients and contributing to a high-performing team focused on delivering value.
Responsibilities:
* Apply change management tools and methodologies across all phases of a change program, including strategy, impact assessments, and stakeholder engagement.
* Manage stakeholder relationships effectively at all levels, representing the company with professionalism.
* Lead and coach team members, demonstrating strong project management skills.
* Assess complex issues and present clear, actionable solutions.
* Develop and nurture long-term client relationships.
* Contribute to strategic planning and influence stakeholder direction.
Qualifications:
* At least 5+ years of change management consulting experience in HR or workplace transformations.
* Expertise in strategic change capability and delivery, including culture, operating models, and digital change.
* Proficiency with change tools and methodologies.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
* Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
* Ability to analyze complex issues and communicate solutions effectively.
* Passion for building and developing client relationships.
* Leadership and coaching skills.
* Strategic thinker comfortable with ambiguity.
