Location: Bolton Head Office Salary - £28,000 – £32,000 Uncapped Bonus (OTE £50,000) Full-time About Knightsbridge Commercial: Part of the K3 Advisory Group, Knightsbridge Commercial is one of the UK’s leading advisors to SME business owners looking to sell. We operate in a fast-paced, results-driven environment where performance is recognised and rewarded. The Role: This is not a passive customer service role. You’ll be the first point of contact for business owners considering a sale of their business, quickly qualifying opportunities and booking high-value appointments (face-to-face and via Microsoft Teams) for our Commercial Directors. Your success is measured on quality conversations, qualified opportunities, and appointments that convert. If you’re competitive, money-motivated, and thrive on targets, this role gives you the platform to earn and progress quickly. What You’ll Be Doing : Taking ownership of inbound enquiries and converting them into qualified opportunities Proactively calling and following up with warm leads Asking the right questions to uncover intent, motivation, and suitability Booking and coordinating high-quality meetings for Commercial Directors Positioning the value of progressing to a senior-level consultation Managing your pipeline and activity through CRM Working closely with people who have experience of doing the same role to maximise conversion rates Who This Suits: You’re driven by earning potential, not just a basic salary You enjoy speaking to people and controlling conversations You’re confident, resilient, and don’t shy away from outbound calls You can handle objections and keep momentum under pressure You want to build a career in sales, not just have a job Experience helps, but attitude, energy, and work ethic matter more What You Get: Uncapped earning potential – realistic OTE £50K Clear targets and a performance-driven bonus structure Training, coaching, and real progression opportunities Exposure to important business sale conversations A fast-paced, ambitious team environment with lots of incentives on offer Work-life balance: 8:30am – 5:30pm (Mon–Thurs) 3pm finish every Friday No weekends Christmas shutdown Why Join Us?
