Site Supervisor Plymouth £30,000-£36,000 & company van Responsible to: Operations Manager/Directors To supervise and coordinate subcontractors, employed staff and agency labour on sites., to ensure they adhere to all Health & Safety Legislation in line with business requirements. My client specialises in maintenance, fire doors, minor works and small construction projects. Main responsibilities: * Manage and supervise the day to day running of projects on site * Prioritise work to meet project deadlines * Report any non-conformances to Compliance Manager * Liaise with OM – feedback, problems, time restraints * Ensure all relevant paperwork is fully completed and signed * Health & Safety procedures are followed correctly in line with current legislation * Correct PPE is being worn as per Risk Assessments * Organise materials and tools for site * Quality Control * Site Inductions * Ensure site diaries are maintained * Vehicle inspections * Store maintenance * Tool box talks * Ensure GDPR regulations are adhered to Suitable candidates: * Must have experience in site supervision, construction co-ordination or similar * Must hold a SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid at Work * Must have a good level of IT knowledge, excellent communication skills and professional manner.
