Key Responsibilities * Manage and maintain the organisation’s financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero. * Process accounts payable and receivable transactions. * Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial data is correctly recorded. * Prepare financial reports and summaries for management review. * Assist with payroll processing and other administrative financial tasks. * Support month-end and year-end closing procedures. * Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies. * Collaborate with external auditors during audits and provide necessary documentation.
