The Butchers Recruiter are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to manage staff bookings at a busy contract in Coventry. You'll work from Friday to Monday, including being on-call to respond to urgent cover needs. Responsibilities: Fulfilling orders for staffing Talent acquisition and management Updating and confirming bookings with workers and managers Working closely with site teams to understand staffing needs Keep records up to date – timesheets, shift lists, etc. We’re looking for a Recruitment Coordinator with: Experience with staffing, scheduling or recruitment Calm under pressure – able to manage last-minute changes Good with people – workers, managers, agencies Confident using spreadsheets, phones and booking tools Working hours: You will be working 34 hours per week, starting from 12pm Friday, to 12pm Monday.
