Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caretaker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents or clients. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to perform various cleaning and maintenance tasks. A background in commercial cleaning is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.
Duties - This is intended as a snapshot and is not the fully duties Mon-Fri 2.5 Hours Per Day 07:00-09:30am
* Unlocking for 7.00am (Breakfast Club starts at 7.30am)
* Locking up - 8.50am and on some occasions this is 9.00am when we have early morning parent events on.
* Between Unlocking and locking your responsibilities will include playground checks including clearing of leaves, Litter and debris to include snow when required
* Alarm checks, legionella checks.
* Other caretaking tasks & Responsibilities.
Qualifications
* Experience in a role of a Caretaker is mandatory for this position.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Excellent communication skills and a friendly disposition.
* Physical stamina to perform tasks efficiently throughout the day.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and maintaining high standards.

Please Note: You will work 42 weeks per year; however, your pay will be calculated and paid evenly over 52 weeks.
Holiday entitlement is also calculated over a 52-week period and paid weekly as part of your regular pay.
