What You’ll Do
* Provide 1st & 2nd line IT support to office and production staff
* Troubleshoot and maintain business applications used for manufacturing, logistics, and operations
* Support and configure PCs, printers, and shop floor terminals
* Ensure smooth running of business-critical manufacturing systems
* Work with the IT team on hardware refreshes, upgrades, and new tech rollouts
* Translate tech problems into plain English for non-technical colleagues
What You Bring
Must Have:
* Experience in IT support (desktop & application support)
* Good understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking
* Strong troubleshooting skills with both hardware and software
* Excellent communication skills for working with office staff and shop floor teams
Nice to Have:
* Experience with ERP or manufacturing systems
* Understanding of barcode scanning, production line IT, or industrial printers
* Overtime paid or taken as time off in lieu
