What we offer:

* 38.5 hours per week, including supernumerary and weekend shifts.

Now, we’re looking for a Clinical Deputy Manager a calm, confident leader with a passion for outstanding care to help us write the next chapter of this home’s story.
Your role:As Deputy Manager, you’ll wear many hats clinical expert, mentor, advocate, and trusted second-in-command. This is a hands-on leadership role, where you’ll split your time equally between leading from the floor and supporting the wider management of the home.
You’ll lead by example, setting high standards in clinical practice, supporting staff development, and creating a warm, empowering culture that puts residents first. You’ll build strong relationships with residents and their families, making sure care is not only clinically safe but deeply personal.
And when the Home Manager isn’t on-site, you’ll be ready to step in with confidence keeping everything running smoothly, with compassion and clarity.
What you’ll bring:
* Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC pin.
* Strong clinical knowledge and a proactive approach to care planning and risk management.
* Leadership experience or clear potential, with a natural talent for mentoring others.
* Emotional intelligence, warmth, and an ability to build trust across teams and families.
* A flexible mindset - including weekend working and stepping into the lead when required.
