Team Manager
Location: Plough Lane, Hereford, HR4 0LE
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 3+ Months
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week
Pay Rate: £ 29.29 per hour

Job Responsibilities
Lead a team of social workers and family support workers.
Focus on improving outcomes for children and families.
Provide supervision and case direction.
Collaborate effectively with the service management team.
Implement service and quality improvements.
Work within a locality-based model, primarily based in Leominster.
Attend meetings in person as required.
Person Specifications
Must Have:
Degree in Social Work or equivalent.
Significant post-qualification social work experience.
Social Work England registration.
Experience in child protection, PLO pre-proceedings, care proceedings, and adoption work.
Strong communication and decision-making skills.
Proven record of managing staff and budgets.
Nice to Have:
Experience in a locality-based model.
Familiarity with restorative and relationship-based practice.
Experience working with legal teams and court applications.
