Litigation Solicitor
Location: Bath, Somerset
Salary: Up to £60,000 (DOE)
Working Arrangement: Hybrid (initial on-site expectation)
About the Role A highly regarded regional law firm is looking to welcome a Litigation Solicitor to its established team, with the flexibility to be based in either Bath or Wells. This role offers the opportunity to handle a broad civil litigation caseload, with some exposure to commercial litigation matters. You’ll be joining a welcoming and down-to-earth team where your contribution will be genuinely valued, and your career development actively supported.
The role will involve: Running your own varied caseload of civil litigation matters, such as property disputes, contentious probate, and debt recovery.
Assisting with or managing some commercial litigation files, depending on experience.
Advising clients directly and representing them in negotiations or hearings.
Taking an active role in team development and client relationship management.
Working closely with senior colleagues who are keen to mentor and support your progression.
To be successful in this role, you will:
Be a qualified Solicitor with around NQ-5 years’ PQE in litigation.
Have solid experience in civil litigation, with any commercial exposure being a bonus.
Be personable, ambitious, and eager to build your career in a firm that prioritises its people.

Show strong communication skills and a practical, client-focused approach.
