A client facing, Quantity Surveyor - Fit Out (Banking), ideally with experience of working in the banking sector, is required for a market leading group of construction companies. The organisation has an enviable list of brand names amongst its client-base and the Quantity Surveyor - Fit Out (Banking) will join a team dedicated to delivering high quality refurbishments in the banking sector. The projects will be a mix of retail sites and regional / head offices.
This opportunity has arisen, due to the continued success and growth of the business and it is an exciting time to be joining the organisation, particularly in this team. Suitable candidates will be able to point impressive CVs, detailing the projects that they have helped to deliver. They will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, for, as stated, this role is very client facing. Further, they will have a good understanding of compliance issues and health and safety. It is a hybrid position – part home based, part site based and with some need to visit and work out of the company’s offices in North West London or the North of England.
