We believe we can build this company to the point of exit in 2 - 5 years for a substantial 8 figure sum We are seeking a dedicated and ambitious Operations Manager / Director to support the Director. However this is much more than a 9 - 5 job. You will effectively be operationally responsible for running all companies.
Job Description:
This is not your typical 9-to-5 job. You will equally be the driving force behind our recruitment and property management activities. You will be involved in every aspect of the business, from placing high-caliber professionals to buying, selling, and managing properties. This role demands someone who is always on and ready to respond to the needs of the business, even outside of standard working hours. The nature of this role means you must be prepared to handle tasks and challenges as they arise, regardless of the time including weekends.

Property Management & Real Estate:

Everything from setting up properties to rent, meeting trades people, running errands, viewing properties and more.
General Operational Support::
Be available and responsive to the needs of the business, even outside of official working hours, to ensure the smooth operation of all aspects of the company.
Compensation:
* Base Salary:
£40,000 per annum.
