About the Internship
The Academy Transformation Trust offers a paid Teaching Internship, a three‑week placement running from Monday 22 June to Friday 10 July 2026. The programme is open to second‑ or third‑year undergraduate students, as well as master’s students, who are studying a degree closely related to the subject they wish to teach. Eligible subjects include Chemistry, Computing, Maths, Physics, Design & Technology (D&T), and Modern Foreign Languages (MFL).
Eligibility & Requirements
* Currently studying a degree in, or closely related to, the subject you wish to teach.
* Right to work full‑time in the UK during term time.
* Availability to attend full school hours each day for the full three‑week programme.
Responsibilities
* Attend the school for the duration of the programme and fully engage in daily teaching and support activities.
* Participate in all required training and professional development sessions.
* Complete tasks and observations as assigned by the School Leadership Team.
Compensation & Outcomes
* Up to £1,365 pay for the three‑week programme.
* Guaranteed interview for the Initial Teacher Training programme upon successful completion.
