The Role:
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client brief to candidate placement
* Source, screen, and interview candidates
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their hiring needs and business goals
* Develop new business opportunities through outbound calls, networking, and market research
* Match candidates to roles based on their skills, experience, and career aspirations
* Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process for successful placements
The Requirements:
* Degree educated
* B2B/B2C/phone based experience preferred
* Personal achievements whether this is from sport, music, academics, or any other areas you’ve excelled in
* You’re ambitious, resilient, and eager to learn
* You thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
* Strong work ethic
