What you'll be doing:
* Providing top-notch service & support to our clients
* Troubleshooting, fixing, and making sure everything runs smoothly

What we're looking for:
* Someone with technical know-how (or the drive to learn quickly)
* A people person who enjoys building relationships
* Flexible, proactive, and up for a challenge
* Happy to travel across sites (with Grantham as your base)
Essential Qualifications & Skills
* Full UK driving licence (role involves travel across multiple sites)
* NVQ Level 2/3 (or equivalent) in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field
* Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
* Confident communicator with great customer service abilities
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Flexibility to travel and occasionally work outside standard hours
Desirable (Nice-to-Have)
* Previous field service or customer-facing engineering experience
* Knowledge of recycling machinery, automation, chains/drive systems
* IT literacy (comfortable with service reporting, email, and basic software tools)
* Additional certifications (e.g., Health & Safety, Electrical Safety, First Aid)
Package Proposal
Base Salary -
£30,000 – £40,000
Vehicle & Fuel -
Company Vehicle + Fuel card
Bonus -
Up to £1,000 annually based on performance
