Role Description
This is a full time on-site role as a Lettings Negotiator working in Stafford and Uttoxeter. The role includes all aspects of the lettings departments requirments including property viewings, liaising with landlords and tenants, negotiating lets, managing tenant applications, property management tasks, compliance, contracts, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring excellent customer service delivery throughout the lettings process. The candidate must be driven, dedicated, a team player and adaptable working well under pressure.
Qualifications
* Experience in Landlord/Tenant Matters and Property Management
* Familiarity with Estate Agents and lettings procedures
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
* A proactive and professional approach, with attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in using property management software is a plus
* Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
* Valid clean
* driver's license essential

£28,000 per annum
