WHAT YOUDO
* Deliver compelling stories throughfilm moving assets and other forms ofmotion.
* Flexibility to work across the entireprocess from initial creative exploration to finaldelivery.
* Work confidently alone as well aspart of a wider team to solve creativechallenges.
* Collaborate with strategistscreatives and client managers to construct engagingstories.
* Contribute to a culture of learning bysharing new techniques that encourage the wider creative team to bebrave.
* Demonstrate strong conceptual andcreative design art direction & typographicskills.
* Be a brand guardian ensuring workconforms to the brand values.
* Lead on projectsand support others as necessary by collaboration with otherteams.
* Proactively push the quality of theoutput.
WHO YOUARE
* Minimum 5 years working insimilar roles within the industry. Proven experience in the social/ broadcast industry ideal.
* Experience inCinema 4D / Red Shift / Octane.
* Strong 3DModelling skills in Cinema 4D.
* Capable ofcreating models from scratch as well as using stockmodels.
* Strong skillset in After EffectsPremiere Pro and core Adobe CC Software (e.g. Photoshop &Illustrator).
* Solid understanding ofcinematography composition timing and general filmmakingfundamentals.
* A fundamental understanding ofGraphic Design is a welcomed bonus.
* Goodunderstanding of design principles with experience working to brandguidelines.
* Eye for detail solid typographicskills and a flair for design.
* Problem solverwith a desire to find effectivesolutions.
* Recognised by the team as a keycontributor and an expert to the client regarding motiongraphics.
* Ability to embed conceptual thinkingmotion principles and guidance intobranding.
* Be available for international travelas and when needed to fulfil your role.
* Open tocontinuous learning and development.
* You takeownership of deliverables managing project streams independentlyand efficiently.
* You are always approachableand have a goodnatured service attitude.
* Yourespond quickly and work well underpressure.
