What You’ll Be Doing
As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred support to clients within their own homes.
Your Responsibilities May Include
* Providing companionship and emotional support
* Assisting with personal care and daily routines
* Supporting with meal preparation and hydration
* Medication prompting and administration where trained
* Supporting mobility and independence
* Light household duties where required
* Completing visit records using our care system
