We generate high-intent consumer leads at scale across insurance, financial services and home services in the UK and North America, working with some of the largest buyers in each market.
We are hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to own the performance layer between lead generation and client delivery. This is not a pure media buying role and not a reporting role. You will sit at the centre of campaign performance, lead quality and client outcomes — ensuring what is happening is clearly understood, acted on, and communicated with confidence.
The role
Understand what is happening across campaigns, explain why, and ensure the right actions are taken — both within the team and with clients.
In practice, this means operating across campaign performance, lead quality and client communication — often on the same day — identifying issues, shaping decisions and clearly explaining what is happening and what needs to change.
You will own how performance is understood and communicated across the business and to clients. Your work will directly influence revenue, client retention and scaling decisions.
Within your first 3 months, you will be confidently leading client performance conversations and identifying clear optimisation opportunities across campaigns.
What you’ll do
You will work closely with media buyers and leadership.
* Monitor campaign performance across Google and Meta
* Analyse shifts in lead quality, conversion behaviour and CPA
* Identify optimisation opportunities and work with media buyers to implement them
* Track the impact of changes across volume, CPL and client outcomes
* Own performance insights across campaigns — understand what is happening and why
* Translate campaign performance into clear explanations for leadership and clients
* Lead client conversations on delivery, quality and optimisation decisions
* Support hands-on campaign optimisation directly where required
What we’re looking for
You are analytical but practical. You understand performance problems and know how to turn insight into action. You are comfortable moving between data, campaigns and client conversations without losing clarity in any of them.
* 3–5+ years managing or analysing paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta
* Strong command of performance metrics — CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rates, lead quality indicators
* Experience optimising campaigns and identifying growth opportunities
* Ability to analyse performance data and explain clearly to non-technical stakeholders
* Confident communicator — comfortable leading client conversations on performance topics
* Excellent written and spoken English
Nice to have: lead generation or affiliate marketing experience · insurance or financial services · experience working with CRM or client-side conversion data
