Sales Valuer As a Sales Valuer, you will play a key role in winning new instructions and driving the growth of a high performing estate agency. You will be responsible for conducting accurate valuations, building strong client relationships, and advising homeowners on how to achieve the best possible sale price. This is a results driven role suited to someone confident in front of clients, commercially minded, and motivated to exceed targets. Key Responsibilities Property Valuations • Conduct accurate and professional property valuations • Provide realistic, market backed pricing advice • Prepare clear valuation reports using comparable evidence and market trends • Advise on pricing strategy, presentation and how to maximise sale value Winning Instructions • Convert valuation appointments into new listings • Present strong marketing strategies and clear value to clients • Maintain a high instruction conversion rate • Follow up valuations quickly to secure business Client Management • Build strong relationships with homeowners • Act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales journey • Keep clients updated on market conditions, interest and offers • Deliver a high level of customer service at all times Marketing & Presentation • Work with marketing to launch high quality listings • Advise clients on staging and presentation • Ensure properties are listed correctly across portals and platforms Market Knowledge • Stay up to date with local market trends and competitor activity • Use data and insight to support valuations and pricing strategy Team Collaboration • Work closely with negotiators and managers on new instructions • Ensure smooth handover of listings • Monitor performance and recommend pricing or marketing changes Compliance & Admin • Ensure all instructions meet legal and compliance requirements • Maintain accurate records on CRM systems • Issue paperwork and terms in a timely, professional manner Experience Required • Previous experience as a Sales Valuer, Senior Negotiator or similar • Strong understanding of valuations and the property market • Confident communicator with strong client facing skills • Proven track record of winning instructions • Organised and target driven • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Personal Attributes • Commercial and results focused • Confident handling objections and negotiations • Proactive and self motivated • Strong local market knowledge preferred INDJNR
