We are seeking to appoint an excellent Payroll Deputy Manager at Warwick Schools Foundation. The successful candidate will be able to Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly payroll for all Foundation employees, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines Support the Payroll Manager in administering pensions, including Teachers Pension Scheme (TPS) and Aviva, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements Manage the input and maintenance of payroll records, ensuring accurate recording of pay, benefits, overtime, absence and other adjustments Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations, including PAYE, NI and statutory payments such as SSP, SMP and SSP Assist with the preparation and submission of monthly and annual returns including FPS, EPS, P11Ds and year-end processes Hours of work : 37 hours per week, all year round Salary : £33,534 - £36,558 per annum actual salary Closing Date: 27th July Start Date for position: 1st September 2025 For further information and to apply please visit the Foundation website
