The role
Job Title: General Services Manager
Location: Broughton (Onsite)
Duration: 9 Months
Our client is looking for a General Services Manager to support the delivery of key site services, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective, and timely service delivery while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage General Services activities including Cleaning, Catering, Grounds Maintenance, Office Services, Waste Management, Transportation and Mailroom Services
- Manage suppliers and strategic partners, monitoring performance against KPIs and contractual agreements
- Support service delivery improvements, compliance, audits, budgeting and investment activities
- Manage purchase orders, requisitions and invoicing processes
- Support stakeholder meetings, customer reviews and service improvement initiatives
Must Have:
- Experience in General Services / Facilities Management
- Strong stakeholder and supplier management experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within deadlines
- Awareness of Health & Safety requirements and compliance processes
- Experience working with procurement, purchasing or tender processes is advantageous
- Ability to work independently and manage operational requirements
- Eligibility to gain UK SC Security Clearance is required.
