Responsibilities
* Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
* Log and track IT issues, ensuring timely updates to colleagues.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems across various systems.
* Collaborate with 3rd line support and external suppliers.
* Assist with onboarding new starters and managing system access.
* Uphold IT security and confidentiality at all times.
Candidate Requirements
* Strong customer service skills with excellent communication.
* Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, MS Office, VMware Horizon, remote support tools, etc.
* ITIL Foundation qualification or equivalent experience.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
