Head of finance

Distinct are working with a fast-growing, entrepreneurial group business is looking for a Head of Finance to take full ownership of the finance function across multiple entities. The business spans property investment and services, and is scaling.

This is a leadership role that's both strategic and operational. You'll be close to the directors, contributing to key decisions and have a direct and visible impact.

What the role involves

• Full ownership of monthly management accounts across all group entities — P&L, balance sheet, cash flow
• Board pack preparation and presentation
• Cash flow forecasting and working capital management
• Financial modelling and due diligence for acquisitions
• Leading and developing a finance team
• Identifying and implementing process improvements and automation

What we're looking for

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with 3+ years PQE
• Confident presenting to and challenging at board level
• Analytical capability
• Systems and processes improvement experience
