Position: Exterior Maintenance Technician
Location: Selby
Contract: Full Time 42.5 hours per week, Permanent
Salary: Basic salary £27,340k per annum (40hr Week)
Reporting To: Team Leader

The Role
Working as a Exterior Maintenance Technician, you will work on site ensuring the best possible service is provided to our ever growing exterior customer base.

Your main duties will include:
1. Grass cutting and strimming
2. Shrub pruning, plant care and hedge cutting
3. Weed maintenance
4. Using a range of powered and non-powered horticulture equipment
5. Complete all digital records required through smart phone application
6. Liaising with customers
7. Autumn clearing
8. Spring preparation
9. Mowing
10. Heavy lifting will be required
Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience:
11. Full UK drivers licence
12. Garden maintenance experience is essential
13. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
14. Able to work as part of a team
15. Plant knowledge would be advantageous
16. Qualification in Horticulture is desirable but is not essential
As part of your role, you will be required to;
17. Always act in a professional manner as a representative of the organisation.
18. Comply with all relevant health and safety requirements
19. Ensure that the clients are always completely satisfied
20. Initiate suggestions to improve the organisations performance
21. Complete timesheets and other paperwork and ensure all is handed in promptly
